Characteristics

Color: Light to medium brown with a reddish hue.

Grain: Prominent open grain with distinctive rays; rotary-cut veneer shows wider, more dramatic patterns, while sawn lumber has straighter, more uniform grain lines.

Texture: Coarse and porous.

Density: Medium to high density, with good hardness and durability.
